Spiritually, the earth element is associated with the Tarot suit of pentacles, the direction south, the season of winter, and the archangel Uriel. Astrologically, the earth signs—Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn—are practical, dependable, patient hard-workers who often enjoy great success in business. In Feng Shui, earth represents union and relationships.
