Applies to mainland U.S. delivery addresses
only. Delivery address must be a valid, accurate and complete street address. Shipments to
a P.O. Box, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO addresses
and international addresses are not eligible and will be charged the
appropriate shipping cost even if no shipping charges appear on
the online order form.
