Life is a continuous, renewable cycle of letting go and welcoming anew: from something as simple as the seasons to more emotionally complex aspects of life such as friends, careers, marriages, beliefs and other things.While welcoming the new can present its own challenges, they usually pale in comparison to the challenges of letting go. As I move through life, I burn this candle frequently. Letting go of emotional attachments, fears, people, habits.
