If any item(s) arrive damaged, email us or call (509) 534 1534 within 5 days of receiving your order and we will either send a replacement or issue a refund.
If for any reason you are not delighted with your order, we will gladly issue you a complete refund for the cost of your purchase minus shipping costs. Simply email us or call (509) 534 1534 within 5 days of receiving your order.
Please note there are absolutely no refunds or replacements on either custom or misfit candles.

At this time we do not process returns or exchanges to/from addresses which are not in the continental U.S.
