Whenever someone asks about my favorite candle, this one often tops the list. It was inspired by a desperate need to set aside time to attend to my spirit: to draw, nap, meditate, write, take a bath, lay in the grass, dawdle and/or create a solitary retreat at home. Too often I schedule quiet time then fill it with busyness. This candle reminds me to make time—and protect it ferociously—for me.
