PLEASE NOTE: All orders shipped to a PO Box, or to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or an APO/FPO address must select the U.S. Priority Mail® shipping option during the checkout process. Any orders for these address types which have not chosen U.S. Priority Mail will be changed to U.S. Priority Mail and your shipping fees will be adjusted accordingly.

Address Correction Fees
Packages are sent to the "Ship To" address provided when the order is submitted. If the address is incorrect, please notify us immediately so the correction can be made before the package is shipped because UPS charges extra to remedy incorrect address. If the UPS-corrected address is different than the "Ship To" information you provided to us, you will be charged $10 for the correction fee.

International Orders
The only foreign countries we ship to are Australia, Canada and England. International shipments will be charged the cost of U.S. Postal Service Airmail postage plus a $5 handling fee. The difference between that amount and what appears on your online order statement will be charged to your credit card account separately. You will receive a separate email notification detailing this amount.

We reserve the right to cancel any order which appears to use a stolen or otherwise suspicious credit card.

Return Policy
If any item(s) arrive damaged, email us or call (509) 534-1534 within five (5) days of receiving your order and we will either send a replacement or issue a refund.

If for any reason you are not delighted with your order, we will gladly issue you a complete refund for the cost of your purchase minus shipping costs. Simply email us or call (509) 534-1534 within five (5) days of receiving your order.

Please note there are absolutely no refunds or replacements on either custom or misfit candles.

At this time we do not process returns or exchanges to/from addresses which are not in the continental U.S.
